Security is a shared responsibility: Lovable Cloud manages the underlying platform security, while we are responsible for how we configure access, handle data and respond to requests. We limit access to personal data to those who need it to manage applications or respond to enquiries.

How long we keep your data

We keep report applications for 24 months from the date of submission, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. After that period, we securely delete or anonymise the information.
